Imagine a large hall bathed in light, the scent of warm bread mingling with the aromas of freshly roasted coffee, and colorful stalls where cheesemakers, winemakers, artisans, and chefs rub shoulders. Welcome to BON Salon, which returns for a second edition of the October 18 & 20, 2025, under the sponsorship of the starred chef Thierry marx. Here, there is no question of a show where you just wander around with a bag of tastings: the BON is designed as a experience to live.
A celebration of flavors and ideas
For three days, the Grande Halle de la Villette is transformed into a large playground for gourmets and the curious.
Open kitchens : we watch chefs prepare a dish live, explain a move, share a tip.
The Bouillon du BON : a pop-up restaurant where you can enjoy simple and friendly cuisine, designed to bring people together.
The Workshops : learn how to knead sourdough bread, discover the secrets of cheese, understand the art of tea or fermentation.
Conferences : discussions to think differently about taste, health and the future of our plates.
This fair is for everyone: families, food lovers, the simply curious... everyone will find something to taste, learn and marvel at.
Exhibitors: stories to savor
The Salon du BON also involves meetings with enthusiasts who are reinventing our relationship with taste:
Furrow Canning Factory : a young house that brings preserves up to date by working with local fish and vegetables, with creative and colorful recipes.
tempera : non-alcoholic drinks made from infusions of fruits, plants and spices, which offer a festive and refined alternative to traditional aperitifs.
Comet : a contemporary ceramics workshop that creates unique pieces for the art of the table, combining elegance and everyday use.
AD Olivetum : oils and olive-based products that highlight the richness of a universal fruit and Mediterranean know-how.
Proud : a solidarity company that roasts coffee and manufactures food products while integrating people into professional integration.
Here, each stand is an invitation to travel: a region, an ethical approach, a passion that can be tasted as much as it can be told.
Thierry Marx, committed sponsor
A Michelin-starred chef and media figure, Thierry Marx is not only known for his culinary creativity. For years, he has been campaigning for gastronomy. open to all and respectful of both humans and the planet.
With his school Cuisine Mode d'Emploi(s), he provides free training for people who are far from employment in the food industry. For him, "defending GOOD is not a label but an approach. GOOD is what connects taste to humanity, to respect for the planet and to the desire to pass on knowledge."
Its sponsorship gives the Salon its full meaning: making taste not only a pleasure, but also a culture and a social bond.

A gourmet and inspiring meeting
At the Salon du BON, we come to enjoy ourselves, but we also leave with ideas, new desires and a different vision of our food. We rediscover that gastronomy is not just about great restaurants: it is above all simple pleasure of sharing, with family or friends, around products that have a soul.
Join us from October 18 to 20, 2025 at the Grande Halle de la Villette, to celebrate together taste, conviviality and… everything that makes GOOD.
